Δεν ξέρω για εσάς αλλά εγώ προσωπικά αυτή τη νέα τάση με τα τεράστια, απαίσια sneakers – η οποία ξεκίνησε με τα
Triple-S Sneakers του οίκου Balenciaga – δεν νομίζω ότι θα την χωνέψω ποτέ, πόσο μάλλον να την υιοθετήσω. Όμως κακίες δεν κρατώ καθώς ο ίδιος οίκος αυτό το
υπέροχο ζευγάρι βελούδινες stiletto γόβες (οι οποίες είναι γνωστές με το υποκοριστικό “Knife”). Αυτό το υπέροχο ζευγάρι κλασικές γόβες, πέρα το ότι είναι βελούδινες, φέρουν το μονόγραμμα ΒΒ του οίκου και είναι και αρκετά μυτερές, θυμίζοντας λάμα μαχαιριού, εξού και το παρατσούκλι τους. Υπέροχες σωστά; Η τιμή τους αγγίζει τα 695€, συνεπώς δεν το βλέπω να τις αποκτώ σύντομα!
Όμως … η εταιρεία Dune London (η οποία κάνει αποστολές και στην Ελλάδα) έχει τη λύση και μας προσφέρει μια εναλλακτική! Το μοντέλο Belvedere, το οποίο είναι ισάξια κλασικό και όμορφο και είναι το καλύτερο dupe του Balenciaga BB Knife. Πέρα το ότι αυτό το ζευγάρι είναι suede και έχει επίσης μια αρκετά μυτερή μύτη, φέρουν επίσης ένα έντονο μονόγραμμα σε χρυσό χρώμα με τη διαφορά ότι αντί για ΒΒ έχουμε DD. Μια άλλη διαφορά αρκετά πιο σημαντική είναι φυσικά η τιμή, καθώς το συγκεκριμένο μοντέλο της Dune London θα σας κοστίσει 135€!
Τώρα για πείτε μου, ποιο από τα δύο θα προτιμήσετε;
I don’t know about you but this major fashion trend of the ugly sneaker that has been kickstarted by
Balenciaga’s Triple-S Sneakers, is something that I still can’t understand. On the other hand, I’m in love with
the stiletto velvet heels (nicknamed “Knife”) which are also by Balenciaga. These designer high heel pumps feature the brand’s original BB monogram on the vamp in gold and have a very long and pointed toe which is inspired by the sharp blade of a knife. With a price tag at 695€, these babies aren’t coming home any time soon!
But … Dune London has my back! Their Belvedere pumps are a beautiful and classy dupe to Balenciaga. These heels also feature a bold brand monogram on the front and are made of luscious black suede and have a very pointed toe box just like the other one. The major difference is, of course, the price, as the Dune London version will only cost you 135€!
