ΤΑΡΤΑ ΜΟΥΣ ΣΟΚΟΛΑΤΑΣ ΜΕ ΚΑΡΑΜΕΛΑ
There are three layers of decadent lusciousness here: The first is a bliss-inducing chocolate mousse. Second, a homemade, fool-proof caramel filling. And finally, an extra thick Oreo cookie crust. Let’s make it, shall we?
CHOCOLATE MOUSE CARAMEL PIE
1 package whole Oreos
120 gr. butter, melted
1 tin Dulce de leche (here’s my recipe for super quick & easy Dulce de leche)
chocolate mousse (here you can find the recipe for easy, 3-ingredient chocolate mousse)
Finely crush the Oreos (with filling) using your food processor. Stir crumbs together with the melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom and sides of a pie pan. Freeze crust for 10 minutes until set.
Prepare Dulce de leche according to my recipe and let it cool for about 15 minutes. Pour the caramel over the Oreo crust, then return to freezer for about 30-45 minutes until just chilled and set (you don’t want the caramel to fully freeze.)
